The seating plan follows your replies.
Every confirmed invitation arrives with its number of guests: you seat it at its table, and the family stays together. For those without a reply yet, you estimate. The plan prints, and goes to the caterer as an Excel file.

Before you seal.
Do my guests need to install an app?
No. The invitation opens in the browser, from a link or a QR code on your printed stationery. No account, no installation.
Can I try everything before paying?
Yes. You compose your invitation as a draft and try it out exactly as a guest would see it, reply form included. Payment — one price per event, no subscription — only happens when you activate.
Can I edit the invitation after sending it?
Yes, at any time. Times, address, programme: the link stays the same, and every guest always sees the latest version. No message goes out with each edit — if a change matters, let your guests know.
How long does my invitation stay online?
For at least twelve months after the big day, at no extra cost. Your guests’ photos and messages stay for twelve months too — time enough to download everything before they are erased automatically.
Can I make my seating plan with Cachet?
Yes, in your space, next to your appointments, vendors and checklist. Each invitation is seated with the number of guests from its reply — a family stays together — and you estimate for those that haven't replied yet. The plan prints and exports to Excel, included in the price.
How does the translation work?
The invitation exists in nine languages: French, English, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, German, Portuguese, Turkish and Arabic, read right to left. The editor translates your texts for you — you review them — and each guest reads the invitation in their own language. Three languages are included, and each extra language costs €9, up to nine.
Where is my guests' data hosted?
In the European Union: on Microsoft Azure in France, and it never leaves. The replies belong to you alone, are never used for advertising, and are erased automatically twelve months after the event — or as soon as you ask, in line with the GDPR.
