Buying a plan grants a personal, non-exclusive right to use the chosen design, for one event only. It transfers no rights: reproducing a design, reselling it, passing it on to a third party or building it into another service requires our written agreement.
Conversely, what you publish in your invitation — your first names, your photographs, your texts, the schedule of your day — belongs to you. We use it only to run your event, never for advertising, and we show it in our examples only with your written agreement.
Links and third-party services
The service relies on the providers identified in the privacy policy, in particular for collecting payments. The sites we link to are not under our control and are not our responsibility.
Availability and liability
We do everything we can to keep the service available and the information published here accurate. Interruptions remain possible: maintenance, an update, a network incident or an event beyond our control.

Personal data and cookies
The processing of host data and of their guests’ data, the retention periods and the way to exercise your rights are described in the privacy policy. The site uses a single cookie, strictly necessary for the hosts’ session; it sets no advertising tracker and no third-party analytics tool.
